HCMA Physicians Meet with Lawmakers
Members of the Association met with area State lawmakers on March 11 to
talk about priority legislative priorities. The topics included:
– Making the prior authorization process less burdensome
– Insurers, not medical practices, to collect co-payments from patients
– Improving the environment for the recruitment and retention of physicians
