Section 6 of Executive Order 7V, issued by Governor Ned Lamont on April 7, 2020 (link below) provides immunity to any health care professional, including physicians, or health care facility from suit for civil liability for any injury or death alleged to have been sustained because of acts or omissions undertaken in good faith while providing health care services in support of the State’s COVID-19 response.
