During the period of the Public Health Emergency, the Connecticut Commissioner of Public Health suspended the requirement for medical and other licenses to be renewed. On November 2, 2022, the Commissioner of Public Health, Manisha Juthani, MD, issued an order requiring all licenses that were not renewed during the period of the civil preparedness emergency must be renewed by February 8, 2023, or they will expire.
