Become an Affinity Partner – $495.00/year
- Your company’s name, logo, and website link will be showcased on Hartford County Medical Association’s website landing page and Affinity Partner page.
- We will blast email information about your company to HCMA members once per quarter.
- We will provide you with a set of one-time single-use labels with HCMA members’ office addresses upon request introducing you and your company’s services.
- Ten percent discount on exhibiting at HCMA membership meetings, sponsoring educational seminars and webinars, and advertising in our electronic newsletter MedNotes.
- Attend any of HCMA’s educational programs at the physician member rate.
- Receive all communications sent to HCMA members so you can be aware of what is happening in the medical arena.
Become an Educational Seminar/Webinar Sponsor – $150.00/webinar or $350.00/seminar
HCMA assembles both in-person seminars and webinars with relevant topics for its physician membership and their staff. While the majority of the programs are webinars, occasionally seminars will be held at a conveniently, centrally-located restaurant for our membership to attend.
- As a seminar sponsor, you will be able to meet and greet all attendees and introduce yourself at the beginning of the session at the podium to briefly talk about your company. A table will be provided for you to handout your company’s literature, two lunches will be included, your company’s name with your website link will be prominently displayed on all invitations mailed and emailed to our members, and you will receive a list of participants who registered for the event.
- As a webinar sponsor, you will be able to introduce yourself at the beginning of the webinar and talk briefly about your company, a PowerPoint slide with your logo and contact information will be displayed at the start of the webinar, and your company name with a link to your website will be prominently displayed on all invitations mailed and emailed to our members.
Become a MedNotes Sponsor – pricing varies
MedNotes is HCMA’s primary vehicle for getting pertinent information out to our members. As a sponsor, your logo with your company link will be displayed at the top of the e-newsletter. You may sponsor one, three, or six newsletters (the more newsletters you agree to sponsor, the greater the discount):
- One newsletter – $75 each
- Three newsletters – $60 each
- Six newsletters – $50 each
