U.S. Senate Passes Measure to Prevent 2% Medicare Sequester Cut; House Expected to Follow Suit in Mid-April
This past week the US Senate voted 90-2 to pass an agreement reached to extend the 2% Medicare sequester moratorium that expires on April 1. The bipartisan legislation would provide a 9-month extension of the moratorium through December 31.
